Affordable Pricing and Guarantee
There is no charge to start working with us. We charge a $12k fee per hire backed by a 6 month guarantee. If the candidate we place with you doesn’t work out within 6 months, we’ll source another one for no additional fee.

Our Process
1. Requirements Gathering
We start with a consultation to understand our client's unique needs. This enables us to tailor our search and interview process to a find developers that are a perfect fit.
2. Soft Skill Interviews
We conduct a 30 minute soft skill interview to ensure the candidate meets our client's soft skill requirements.
3. Technical Interviews
We assess the candidate's technical skills with a live pair programming interview with one of our senior engineers. Only 3% of candidates pass this stage.
4. Deliverables
We deliver a short list of qualified candidates. Additionally, each candidate's interviews are recorded and delivered along with a short write-up. Copies of background checks and drug tests are also delivered upon request.
